The book store has just celebrated 25 years of ministry opening in 1982 at the heart of the town centre and is a book ministry of Dunstable Baptist Church. We aim to promote good reformed, evangelical books to the church to enable people to read, meditate, think and respond to God's word, the bible. Please feel free to pop in and browse the bibles, books, gifts and cards.
Christian Books also provides a mail order service throughout the UK.
The business manager is John Keble, supported by his wife Bev, who took over Christian Books in June 2008. Volunteers from the Church help out in the bookshop on Saturdays.

Darwin Origin of Species
Creation & Evolution
2009 is both the 200th anniversary of Charles Darwin birth and the 150th anniversary of the publication of The Origin of Species (July 1859). We at Christian Books strongly believe in the biblical creation account found in the book of Genesis as we read how our God created the world we live in. For May and June we have a large display of books, magazines, DVD's and childrens books on the theme of Creation & Evolution, Darwinism and intelligent design. Including:

Retailer of the Year award nomination
